Infoscitex, a DCS company, has an opportunity for a skilled Project Manager to join our Sensors Research team in Dayton, Ohio.  Our team of top-notch engineers, scientists, and computer scientists seeks a highly competent technical leader to ensure that IST meets cost, schedule, and technical and risk milestones; while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction, strong employee engagement, and supporting business growth objectives. 

In this role, your leadership will position IST to serve the Government as a partner of choice, and enable the ability to shape plans and priorities in a mutually beneficial manner.  

Areas of expertise applicable to this team include: Full Motion Video (FMV), Wide Area Motion Imaging (WAMI), hyperspectral, RADAR, LADAR/LIDAR, and signal processing; visible and infrared image processing; video processing; computer vision; statistical pattern recognition; multi-sensor data fusion; and remote sensing phenomenology.


Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

At least a BS in Electrical Engineering, Electro-Optics, Physics, Math or a related discipline with at least 8 years of related experience. MS + 6 years of experience is considered equitable.  (We have multiple levels associated with this opportunity category.  Candidates with advanced degrees or varying experience levels may be considered for alternative classification.)

Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government background investigation and must meet eligibility for access to classified information: at least an active TS/SSBI.

Ability to proactively formulate and execute strategies for successful contract performance and business growth. 

Ability to track financials and report status.

Excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate this with customers, staff, subcontractors and company management. 

Ability to engage in discussions across all technical areas covered by the contract in order to understand the mission and support the best approach to satisfying customer requirements; including: multi-domain sensing; cyber; modeling, simulation, and analysis; IT environments; web collaboration; algorithm assessments; and sensor data. 

Experience coordinating the preparation and delivery of high quality, fully compliant contract deliverables in accordance with required due dates; as well as coordinating the execution of all administrative functions required by the contract such as contracting, subcontracting, purchasing, security, safety, etc.
