Job Description

Provide F/A-18 / F-35 Mission Planning expertise for the Small Diameter Bomb Increment II (SDB II) integration effort.

Essential Job Functions:

Work with Aircraft and Weapon vendors to implement aircraft/weapon mission planning

Support F/A-18 / F-35 ground and flight test efforts providing mission planning products

Interact with the DoN customer on daily basis

Ability to travel in support of meetings and technical Interchanges

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required

Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of experience in Weapon Acquisition or as USN/USMC Aviator or a Master's Degree plus 6 years of experience is required

Currently hold a SECRET security clearance

Knowledgeable of the Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS)

Aircraft mission planning experience (preferably F/A-18 and/or F-35)

Knowledgeable of air to ground delivered ordnance

Desired Skills:

Master’s Degree

Experience with Network Enabled Weapons (NEW)

Basic knowledge of the Universal Armament Interface (UAI)
