Job Description

In this position you will provide full-spectrum support to the Commander and Deputy within the ISR Sensors and FMS Division (WIN), Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance and Special Operations Forces (WI) Directorate, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio.

Essential Job Functions:

Provide a wide range of administrative, planning, and analysis support services as a key member of the Front Office Group (FOG), thereby ensuring efficient program office operations in all facets of acquisition support.

Takes a leadership role and assist in administrative duties to support planning, organization, coordination, communications, and documentation.

Assist with ensuring compliance with applicable administrative guidance to prepare and review correspondence.

Support Government requirements for internal/external briefings and reports by assisting with preparation, scheduling, and coordination of materials.

Assist in verifying document formats against administrative processes and assist with maintenance of a tracking system for identification and correction of deficiencies.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

A High School Diploma or GED plus 13 years of relevant experience, an Associates Degree plus 7 years of experience or Bachelors degree plus 5 years of experience is required.

This position requires a Top Secret clearance (SSBI within the past five years) with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI-DCID 6/4) eligibility on the first day of employment.

Applicant selected will be subject to a U.S. Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

A minimum of two (2) years of experience on DoD acquisition programs/projects is required.

Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with constantly changing priorities, managing complex technical information.
