In this position you will provide full-spectrum PROGRAM ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT to various USAF and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) acquisition programs within the Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance and Special Operations Forces (ISR/SOF) Directorate, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio.

Essential Job Functions:

This position principally supports the ISR Sensors FMS New Business Team, providing program specific administrative and acquisition analytical support.

You will be the principal focal point for the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) at the Program Office level.

You will provide the administrative support necessary to coordinate and assist program office operations in all facets of acquisition administrative support, including project planning, organization, coordination, communications, and documentation.

You will support Government requirements for internal/external briefings and reports by assisting with preparation, scheduling, and coordination of materials, and will assist in verifying document formats against administrative processes and assist with maintenance of a tracking system for identification and correction of deficiencies.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Applicant selected will be subject to a U.S. Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Requires a DoD SECRET clearance on the first day of employment.

High School Diploma or GED plus ten years of relevant experience, an Associate’s degree plus four years of experience or Bachelor’s degree plus two years of experience is required.

Possess a functional familiarity with software programs/databases to include, but not limited to:

Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS).

Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Possess the ability to learn to use other commercial or specialized computer applications.

Desired Skills:

Previous experience working FMS programs within a USAF program office.
