Job Description

The Configuration and Data Management Support specialist will provide full spectrum technical support for various USAF acquisition programs within the Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance and Special Operations Forces (ISR/SOF) Directorate, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio.

Essential Job Functions:

 Assist with performing Configuration and Data Management tasks related to the development, production, and support of various weapon systems and items of equipment acquired by ISR/SOF Directorate and the ISR Sensors and FMS Division.

Configuration Management Support in four CM disciplines: Configuration Identification, Change Control, Status Accounting, and Audits.

Assist with performing a wide range of configuration and data management tasks related to the development, production and support of various weapon systems and items of equipment acquired by the Government.

Tasks will include the full range of Configuration Management (CM), Data Management (DM), Engineering Data Management (EDM), and Deficiency Report (DR) actions required for individual program systems, IAW governing DoD, USAF, AFMC, AFLCMC, Directorate, Division, and Branch-level directives, policies, and guidance.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

High School/GED plus 16 years of experience, an Associate's plus 10 years of experience, a Bachelors plus 8 years, or a Masters plus 6 years of experience will also be considered.

Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Desired Skills:

Experience with US Air Force sensor programs for manned and unmanned aircraft.
