Job Description

DCS is seeking a Researcher in San Antonio, TX

Essential Job Functions:

Conduct experiments with human subjects.

Administer neuropsychological, subjective, and physiological evaluations with human subjects.

Assist with recruiting, briefing, and adhering to all Institutional Review Board, HIPAA, and Human Safety and Human Use regulations.
 
Record and manage large databases.

Statistical analysis of human data.

Conduct literature reviews and summarize materials as pertinent to research protocols.
 
Write research papers, reviews, and summaries.
 
Prepare and present presentations.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

 
PhD is required with a concentration in Psychology, Human Factors/Ergonomics (Engineering or Psychology) or related field. Master's degree may be considered paired with a diverse and extensive publication and research background.

Must be able to obtain National Agency Check.
 
Experience in successful conduct of research on the effects of attention training and the delivery of attention training on human performance is preferred. Other human research background will be considered.
 
Experience in the conduct of research on Army medical training application domains is preferred.
 
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher).

Experience with SPSS.  Experience with MATLAB is desirable but not required.

Military experience is preferred.
 
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
