Job Description

We are currently seeking a Computer Support Specialist to serve as IT Support/NMCI who will be responsible for handling day to day IT issues.

Essential Job Functions: 

Provide technical assistance to NMCI computer users.

Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically.

May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems. 

Act as local team IT POC responsible for ordering, Data Accuracy, Delivery Completeness Reporting, Customer Assistance, MAC (Move, Add, and Change) Implementation, Seat Management, and Customer Satisfaction in addition to providing SharePoint Administration, and System Administration support.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline plus 3 years applicable experience is required.

Active Secret Clearance.

Previous experience working with the NMCI Business Operations Support Team.

SharePoint Administration experience.
