Job Description

In this role you will provide full-spectrum ACQUISITION LOGISTICS support to the GLOBAL HAWK PROGRAM OFFICE within the US Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.

The DCS Team has entered the direct pre-award phase for this multi-year effort. Accordingly, we are working to smoothly transition incumbent team members, and to fill existing and projected vacancies. These positions include both tele-work and government-site work requirements. Nominal start of work is 20 November 2020.

Representative Positions:

  • Acquisition Life Cycle Logistics Support

  • International Business Logistics Support

  • Acquisition Life Cycle Sustainment Logistics Support (Robins AFB)

  • Supply Chain Management Logistics Support (Robins AFB)

  • Technical Order/Flight Manual Logistics Support (Robins AFB)

Essential Job Functions:

In addition to tasks and responsibilities related to the specific project, all team members must perform the various common logistics support duties to enable the accomplishment of the Global Hawk acquisition mission.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Possess a High School Diploma/GED plus 20 years of experience, an Associates degree plus 14 years of experience, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree, along with 12 years of experience  or a Masters degree plus 10 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 of which must be in the DoD.

An adjudicated DoD Security clearance on the First Day of employment. 

The required clearance level is dependent upon position and project assignment, and may include: Secret, Top Secret, and NATO endorsements.

Personnel at the Senior and Subject Matter Expert (SME) level shall possess the advanced knowledge, experience and recognized ability to be considered an expert in their technical/professional field, and possess the ability to perform tasks and oversee the efforts of junior and journeyman personnel within the technical/professional discipline.
