Configuration Management Analyst
DCS is looking for a mid-level Configuration Management (CM) Engineer to support a USMC PM's CM program.
Essential Job Functions:
Download working files from the vendor and upload to SharePoint soon to be Windchill Enterprise Product Data Management (EPLM). Most vendor files sent in Process Notification email. Remaining vendor files must be downloaded from Vendors’ EPDM.
Review vendors’ technical data package (TDP) drawings and requests for comments (RFCs); entering comments into Feedback Logs for each vehicle installation package.
Review various Bills of Materials such as “As Designed”, “As Built” and so forth.
Aid team members with program and vendor file access.
May support TDP migration from SharePoint to Windchill EPLM.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship required.
High School Diploma or GED, or an Associates with 7 years of experience, a Bachelors and 5 years relevant experience or a Master's with 4 years of experience.
Secret clearance is required. (Interim Secret acceptable).
Expertise with Windchill and the ECP process.
Working, in depth knowledge of ANSI Y14.5 2013, ANSI Y14.100 2009 and multiple types of Bills of Materials.
Must have a DoD or industry CM certification.
Desired Skills:
Configuration Management experience with program transition from EPDM to EPLM experience a plus.
Working knowledge of Creo a plus.
