  • DCS offers a 7.25% combined contribution toward two retirement plans for employees. A 3% contribution is provided to your 401(k) through the T. Rowe Price (TRP) plan with immediate full vesting. DCS also provides each employee owner a separate 4.25% contribution to their Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

TRICARE Benefits
  • As a defense contractor, our military personnel are extremely important to us, therefore we offer a supplemental insurance to Tricare.
