The work performed furthers the USAF SEEK EAGLE aircraft/store compatibility effort, as well as broader USAF goals.
Essential Job Functions:
Evaluate the structural integrity of aircraft, weapons, and suspension carriage systems based on approved loads, stress analysis and test methods and provide sound carriage limit recommendations.
Develop and execute sophisticated aircraft load prediction tools for predicting aircraft and weapon inertia and aerodynamic loads and environments.
Develop and execute safe, efficient flight test plans.
Reduce and interpret flight test data.
Assess analysis approaches and results, define any required testing, and ensure all structural integrity requirements are met.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
