Logistics Project Manager
DCS has an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Project Manager providing support to SBCT. This is a fulltime position based out of Joint-Base Lewis McChord (JBLM) in Tacoma, WA.
Essential Job Functions:
Collaborate closely with teams across JBLM, SBCT units, and supply personnel to maintain operational readiness and support training and fielding initiatives.
Assist in placing, tracking, ordering, and reconciling thousands of parts daily across multiple systems.
Manage Class IX budgets, balance WBS accounts, and track funding usage for large-scale projects.
Assist at identifying and resolving discrepancies in orders, returns, and backorders.
Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure parts availability and project completion.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
Bachelor’s Degree in a professional discipline from an accredited educational program plus 8 years of experience in a DoD setting.
Proficiency in using IGC, LMP, DPAS, and WebFLIS systems to manage inventory, orders, and reports.
