Logistics Analyst
DCS is seeking a Logistics Analyst with attention to detail and organizational skills to support a fast-paced Army aviation program office. In this role, you’ll assist in investigating and resolving problems and establishing inventory management for acquisition and sustainment operations.

This is a temporary, onsite position with opportunity for permanent employment.
Essential Job Functions:
Assists in the materiel readiness, shipping, receiving, and inventory management of the program manager's products.
Supports the execution of all aspects of the program manager’s life cycle logistics under the processes of DOW acquisition and sustainment.
Assists in investigating and resolving problems, interfacing with stakeholders, and establishing inventory management using enterprise planning tools (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP, etc.) for acquisition and sustainment operations.
Assists in ensuring aviation crew-related products are are logistically sustained in accordance with integrated product support (IPS) principles.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience. A Masters degree may be substituted for one year of general experience.
Ability to lift and move 40 pounds and stand during the workday in a warehouse environment. This position involves hands-on materiel handling/warehouse work.
Valid Driver's License.
Travel up to 40%.
Competency in communication, leadership, logistics automated systems, team management, and risk management.
Ability to work independently and safely.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of supply chain management and Army lifecycle logistics regulations and policies including AR 700-127, AR 700-142, and AR 70-1.
Knowledge and experience equivalent to DAWIA Certification Level II for Life Cycle Logistics.
