International Programs Case Analyst

Salary Range: $68,640 - $79,500

The F/A-18 & EA-18G Advanced Weapons Laboratory International Programs Foreign Military Sales (FMS) team is seeking an experienced, motivated, and professional individual to become a member of the Australia Country Support team.

Essential Functions

Record minutes and action items based on the pertinent topics of discussion.

Maintain and compile customer briefings.

Input/convert Deficiency Numbers into a US SAR format.

Maintain product data, including product deliverable matrices and action items databases.

Assist in software and documentation reviews and sanitization.

Provide meetings support for and participate in formal engagements with US and foreign national Government and non-Government personnel.

Escort foreign national visitors and support security functions.

Up to 50% non-local domestic and foreign travel may be required to attend technical reviews and programmatic meetings.

Required Skills: 

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Bachelor’s Degree with 2 plus years of experience. Associates with 4 plus years of relevant experience. High School, plus 10 years of relevant experience.

Extensive knowledge of Adobe, Excel, and Word software.

Effective communication skills.

Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment.

Ability to create and brief presentations to the customer.

Desired Skills:

Aviation, logistical, publications experience is a plus.

Highly organized individuals are preferred.
