F-35 Weapons Joint-Service Technical Data Lead

DCS Corp Eglin, FL (Onsite) Full-Time

Seeking a highly experienced and mission-focused F-35 Joint-Service Technical Data (JTD) Lead to support the development, sustainment, and integration of F-35 weapons systems at the Joint Program Office (JPO) - Eglin AFB, FL. This role requires deep technical expertise in weapons integration and logistics, and a strategic mindset to support JPO objectives across multiple domains and partner nations.

Essential Job Functions:

Lead development, verification, and sustainment of F-35 weapons loading/unloading JTD.

Adjudicate and manage JTD change requests for weapons systems.

Serve as Weapons Configuration Coordinator for legacy systems and manual publications.

Author and maintain A1381010000-311A-A JTD series and Government-Furnished Information on AME inspections.

Serve as a Weapons SME for Site Activation Task Forces.

Coordinate fit checks, checklist development, training, and certification for international fielding.

Participate in leadership forums (Site Activation, FAA, IOC/FOC readiness, RMIP, ILSMT, AVMR, JPRs).

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Systems Management, or related field with 8+ years of direct experience, or Associate's degree with 10+ years of direct experience.  Master’s degree with 6+ years of direct experience preferred.

Active Secret Security Clearance and ability to maintain is required.

Experience managing requirements, development, qualification, and sustainment of weapons systems and technical data.

Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives independently.

Strong knowledge of DoD acquisition, capability development, and procurement processes.

Excellent interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate across stakeholders.

Competence in reliability, maintainability, and sustainment lifecycle logistics.

Occasional International and Domestic Travel

Life Cycle Logistics Management Certification.
