Organizational Analyst
DCS Corp is seeking a dynamic, pro-active, team oriented, energetic, customer focused, and people friendly Organizational Analyst to support our U.S. Army customer out of our Warren, MI location. You will be working with a group of Engineering Leadership, Engineers and Technicians, supporting the execution of our customer’s daily operations.
Essential Job Functions:
The applicant shall conduct detailed planning, coordination, and synchronization of organizational management activities for the assigned organization(s). The applicant shall act as primary interface between organization leadership and higher-level leaders and other stakeholder organizations. The applicant shall assist engineering leadership in project planning, cost and schedules for related to the organizational development of military ground combat vehicles. The applicant shall manage the assigned program calendars; coordinate and schedule meetings; record and distribute meeting notes and action items to meeting attendees; provide the status and updates on budget analyses, execution, action items, reports, and other assigned tasks; and electronically store the material from these engagements.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Ability to obtain security clearance.
Bachelor’s degree and direct experience covering the specific tasks required by the position.
Experience in the last ten years coordinating and collaborating the necessary analytical support related to DoD engineering or technical programs (preferably ground combat vehicle systems).
Provide program information, analysis, and support to leadership for organizational execution of engineering and support activities.
Prepare, review, transmit, and electronically store on government owned systems, agenda, briefings, papers, tasks, minutes, calendars, action items, and other organizational or program related documents.
Prepare required presentation materials for on-site and off-site events.
Provide calendar management support and coordinate and facilitate recurring staff meetings.
Provide organizational support to include coordinating travel through DTS, coordinating employee training through TEDs; coordinating employee attendance and time tracking through ATAAPS and OOO.
Five (5) years' experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and Adobe Acrobat.
