F-22 Financial Analyst Journeyman (Dayton OH)
Provide in-depth analysis of financial data, preparation of reports, and contributing to financial modeling and forecasting to the F-22 Program at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton Ohio.
Essential Job Functions:
Shall have previous experience with estimating tools such as Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools, Parametric Review of Information for Costing and Evaluation “TruePlanning” parametric modeling, Constructive Cost Model, Oracle Crystal Ball, and USAF-maintained databases such as Air Force Total Ownership Cost (AFTOC) and Reliability and Maintainability Information System (REMIS).
Support the development of cost estimates for all phases of F-22 aircraft acquisition programs from inception through disposal, either independently or in concert with Government personnel.
Support the Division in formulating program plans and strategies and in preparing planning documents (e.g., SOWs).
Provide inputs to program documentation, including inputs for the identification and development of program requirements and/or cost, schedule, technical, and program risks.
Support development, analysis, and maintaining master integrated program schedules from concept exploration to fielding a system.
Support program offices and OSD Cost Assessment and Program Evaluation in the following analyses: performance analysis, integrated program management report, cost/schedule status reports, contract funds status reports, and Contractor cost data reports.
Provide inputs to program financial management, including: budget formulation and management for all phases of the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution process; budget and financial analysis; obligation and expenditure forecasting; funds management, funds status, and funds control techniques and/or systems; and accounting and finance systems and/or procedures.
Assist other financial analysts with the verification of data input accuracy into the various financial/payment systems (i.e., financial and contract data).
Research and assist with the development of funds reconciliation based upon data obtained from various Government database systems to include, but not limited to, Mechanization of Contract Administration Services (MOCAS), Commanders Resource Integration System (CRIS), EDA, Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF), Automated Business Services System (ABSS), and CCaRS.
Shall maintain and update an Unliquidated Obligation and Negative Unliquidated Obligation (ULO/NULO) burn down plan.
Perform contract/financial transaction reconciliation and closeout duties.
Shall also work with the Government to maintain the integrity of listed financial databases (such as REMIS) by assisting with reconciliation and basis of estimate information within the database.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Possess Bachelors Degree with 8 years of experience, 5 years in DoD.
Shall possess a SECRET clearance on Day 1.
