B-2 Logistics Manager (Whiteman)

In this position you will provide full-spectrum Acquisition Logistics Support to the US Air Force B-2 Systems acquisition programs within the Bombers Directorate, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) at Whiteman AFB, Missouri.  

Essential Job Functions:

The Contractor shall support the development of documentation and presentation materials as requested or necessitated based on cost, schedule, and performance.  Documents may include but are not limited to: LCMPs, LCSPs, Item Unique Identification (IUID) Plans, demilitarization plans, maintenance strategy, RMPs, acquisition strategy panel briefings, and milestone support documentation.

The Contractor shall coordinate all logistics elements (e.g., spares, support equipment, training, facilities, technical data, provisioning) to ensure all integrated logistics support requirements for the program are identified and tailored to the B-2 needs.

The Contractor shall advise and assist the Government in developing long term weapon system supportability approaches that further Government acquisition strategy goals and objectives.

The Contractor shall assist in collecting, compiling, analyzing, investigating, researching, and/or applying logistics, maintenance, acquisition or financial data and information.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Requires a Top Secret/SCI security clearance (adjudicated within the past 5 years) on the first day of employment.

A High School Diploma plus 20 years of experience, 8 of which must be in the DoD; a Bachelor's degree plus 15 years of experience, 5 of which must be in the DoD; or a Master's degree plus 12 years of experience is required, 5 years of which must be in the DoD.
