Graphics Designer, Principal

DCS has an exciting opportunity for a Directorate Level Graphics Designer SME providing  support to the  Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/ Electronic Systems (AFLCMC/HB).  The Air Force Program Execution Office for PEO Electronic Systems (AFPEO/HB) has the collective Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) mission responsibility to manage and execute the modernization, development, testing, production, fielding, and sustainment of the PEO Electronic Systems portfolio, which includes over 130 programs for the United States Air Force (USAF) and foreign allies. AFLCMC/PEO Electronic Systems is headquartered at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA with geographically separated operating units CONUS and OCONUS.

This is a Part time position located at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA.

Essential Job Functions:

Duties include, but not limited to:

Create briefings, logo/emblem design, cube/office signs, banners, award/recognition certificates, scanning of photographs, template design, storyboards, oversized plotting (printing large scale diagrams, schedules, flow charts, drawings), floor plans, tri-folds, web graphics and business cards

Serve as the SharePoint Interface Design POC.

Essential Job Functions:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

A High School Diploma plus 30 years of directly related experience, 8 of which must be in the DoD.

Must have and be able to maintain a  Secret Level Clearance.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (including Publisher, Visio, and Project), Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, plotters/printers, vacuseal machine for mounting posters on foam core, and image scanners.

Strong knowledge of print processes, Adobe Brackets, HyperText Markup Language and Cascading Style Sheets.

Basic knowledge of Java Script.

Basic to intermediate photography skills.

Pay Range and Benefits: There are a variety of factors that can influence salary at DCS Corp, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

Salary Range: $116,996 - $135,000
