Senior Property Administrator
DCS is looking for an experienced Property Administrator to assist the Corporate Property Manager in tracking and accounting for all Government Property located at all DCS locations.
This is a hybrid position that must be able to report to the Alexandria, VA office.
Essential Job Functions:
Assist Government Property Manager in all phases of Property Management to include contract/subcontract compliance, contract closeout, receiving, inventory, auditing, statistical analysis, self-assessment, and asset tracking.
Receive all incoming government property at the corporate office and distribute it to Operations.
Conduct shipping, mailing, tracking and documenting government property as needed.
Track all incoming government property at all DCS locations to assure accountability.
Utilize property management system for managing assets at all DCS locations.
Coordinate and conduct property audits and self-assessments as required.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
A High School Diploma or GED plus 5 years of experience.
Knowledge of Inventory Management, Auditing, Data Management, Procurement, and Receiving.
Desired Skills:
Multi-tasking, Customer interfacing, Inventory Control, Knowledge of Deltek/Cospoint.
