Manpower Administrator
DCS Corp is looking for a Senior level Manpower Administrator to support the ISR Sensors Division (AFLCMC/WIN), at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.
WIN is part of the ISR/SOF Directorate (AFLCMC/WI), who is responsible for equipping our warfighters to win the fight. The Directorate executes a $22 billion acquisition portfolio developing, producing, testing, modifying, fielding, and supporting Air Force ISR and SOF platforms, and related sub-systems.
Essential Job Functions:
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field and 10 years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, 5 years of which must be in the DoD, a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 12 years of experience, 5 of which must be in the DoD or 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, 8 of which must be in the DoD.
Secret Security clearance.
Desired Skills:
Proficient with personnel systems (e.g., Virtual HR, MyFSS, PMRT, RIT, SRM).
Proficient in managing the PEO Manpower Estimate process, from RIT package creation to UMD authorization.
Proficient in managing the UMD, presenting manpower metrics, and collaborating with functionals to proactively ID vacancies to ensure timely fill actions.
Proficient in managing the annual cycle of manpower requirements (RIT Package validation, Manpower POM process, DCA Revalidation, etc).
Proficient in the Direct Cite Authority (DCA) process (yearly and ad-hoc).
Proficient with Military Personnel Management.
Proficient with FMS manpower.
Proficient in editing and improving award packages.
Experience with the civilian and military awards process.
Experience managing in/out-processing.
Experience with managing training requirements.
