Embedded Systems Engineer

As an Embedded Systems Software Engineer, you will support the design, development, integration, and testing of solutions involving FPGA, processors, SoC’s, and custom PCB’s for the US Army Ground Vehicle Systems Center programs.  

Essential Job Functions:

These solutions will facilitate proving concepts, testing frameworks, and addressing requirements all leading to informing prototype and fielded implementations. 

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. citizenship is required.

Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 5 years of experience.

Experience developing (bare metal) on processors.

Ability to work in an integrated, multi-discipline team.

Interest in learning from experienced engineers and expanding current engineering knowledge.

Knowledgeable in C and C++.

Basic analog experience.

Basic control theory.

Desired Skills:

Experience in C# .net, Python 3.x.

Experience with FPGAs – specifically: Xilinx products, understanding of AXI, VHDL or Verilog.
