IT Summer Intern
DCS is looking for an intern to work within our IT Department. As part of the DCS internship program, you will be mentored to provide real-life job experiences.
Essential Job Functions:
Assist users with doing an in-place Windows 10 upgrade to the latest verison.
Completing computer configurations for new hires.
Upgrading users laptop to remove laptops 5 years or older out of our environment.
Set up New Hire's equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair laptop and printer hardware issues.
Perform other duties/projects as assigned.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Must have 2 plus years of college experience.
Professional Internships with DCS are offered during the summer.
Applicants should have good customer service skills and be able to work in a team environment.
Students must currently be enrolled in college courses.
