Two Retirement Plans. One Goal: Your Future Success.
- We’re committed to helping our employees build long-term financial security. DCS contributes a total of 7.25% of your eligible compensation toward retirement, entirely funded by the company:
- 401(k) Plan (via T. Rowe Price):
A 3% employer contribution starts the first of the month following your hire date, with immediate vesting. Employees can also begin personal deferrals at that time. - Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP):
A 4.25% company contribution based on total compensation is made annually to your ESOP account, no cost to you, and no need to opt in.

Life Insurance
- DCS pays the premium for life insurance for employees.
TRICARE Benefits
- As a defense contractor, our military personnel are extremely important to us, therefore we offer a supplemental insurance to Tricare.
