Job Description

The EOIR team currently has a need to fill a Systems Integration Engineer position supporting the EOIR team as the technical lead for the AWIIL EOIR laboratory integrating the F35 EOTS and DAS systems in combination with the F/A-18 EOIR systems.

Essential Job functions:

Candidates will have detailed knowledge of the current F/A-18 EOIR systems and building a lab for new (F35) systems.

Candidate will be instrumental in working with the full EOIR lab team in designing requirements, recommending procurements, and developing the necessary support structure needed.

Develop, peer review, and document test procedures, test points, and acceptance test procedures as required.

Conduct a variety of engineering tasks related to the development, operation, and maintenance of complex technology systems.

Ensure integration of processes of methodologies to ensure perforamnce of the total system.

Broadly apply basic principals, theories and concepts to job assignments.

Customer interactions include working directly with customers in broad area of project execution.

Solves a diverse range of complex problems, working with limited project direction.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Associates degree plus 17 or more years of relevant experience.

Top Secret level security clearance.

Experienced system operator for bench testing standalone EOIR targeting pods.

Skilled at both program management and bench & tester design.
