DCS Corporation has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Acquisition Program Logistician supporting the Test and Training Division, AFLCMC/EBY, which consists of F-16 Full-Scale Aerial Target (QF-16), Air Force Subscale Aerial Target (AFSAT), Target Control System (TCS), Common Range Integrated Instrumentation System (CRIIS) and the P5 Combat Training System (CTS).  Their mission is to provide integrated test and training capabilities.

Essential Job Functions:

Duties include but are not limited to:

Assist in the acquisition of threat systems and associated support equipment.

Serve as senior logistics content adviser on contracts.

Configuration management of multiple threat systems across numerous EB divisions.

Assist in development of air intercept, electronic attack, and infrared payloads and target platform requirements to meet emerging threats, assist with solutions for integration and required documentation for configuration changes (Technical Order Management and Interface Control Documents).

Prepare briefings and reports in support of program logistics activities.

Develop or tailor logistics plans, reports, records, information technology documentation, and other acquisition documentation.

Assist in development, review, and modification of logistics documents.

Maintenance planning - Support planning in levels of repair; repair times; testability requirements; support equipment needs; deployment planning/site activation; development of preventive maintenance programs using reliability-centered maintenance; and post-production software support.

Supply Support - Support identifying, planning for, resourcing, and implementing management actions to acquire repair parts, spares, and all classes of supply to ensure the best equipment/ capability is available to support the Warfighter or maintainer when it is needed at the lowest possible TOC.

Packaging, Handling, Storage and Transportation. Support identifying, planning, resourcing and acquiring packaging/preservation, handling, storage, and transportation (PHST) requirements to maximize availability and usability of the material to include support items whenever they are needed for training or mission.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

BA/BS plus 15 years of relevant experience is required.

An active Secret clearance; eligible for TS/SCI.

Effective communication skills both orally and in writing

Must be able to travel as required and able to rent/operate rental cars while on travel.

Must be able to work flexible and varied hours.
