Job Description

As a Software Engineer you will have at least 2 years of Software Engineering experience.

This position will support the DCS mission to enhance National Security by performing research and development of advanced manned and unmanned ground combat vehicle technologies for U.S. Army programs. These advanced technologies include autonomous robotics systems, state-of-the-art sensor systems, communications systems and weapons systems. You will work to define and develop distributed real-time software architectures, video system architectures, and vehicle electronic architectures.

In addition the successful candidate will:

Perform software requirements analysis, design, development and documentation.

Develop real-time embedded software applications in C/C++, C#, and .Net on MS Windows, Linux, and Android platforms.

Develop Modeling & Simulation (M&S) applications in C/C++, C#, and .NET on MS Windows and Linux platforms.

Job Requirements

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering plus two (2) years of software engineering experience.

Must have a DoD Secret-level clearance. 

Experience with Object Oriented design principles.

Programming experience in C/C++, C#, .Net.

Network programming experience.

Familiarity with Qt, UML, Windows, Linux, and parallel/distributed processing and computer networking concepts.

Familiarity with Software Engineering tools, such as Microsoft Visual Studio.
