Job Description

Assist customer in developing processes and best practices for file management using SharePoint.

Essential Job Functions:

Migrate files from file server to SharePoint.

Work with project teams to upload project documentation.

Serve as the liaison to the customer SharePoint administration Team.

Coach and train users in effective organization and operation of SharePoint.

Participate in regular reviews of established procedures.

Assist in development of standards.

Assist in enforcing document control requirements and rules for standards.

Schedule and conduct meetings, capture and distribute meeting minutes.

Assist with setting up of training, compile and schedule trainings in use of SharePoint.

Provide departmental administrative support.

Job Requirements

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Associates Degree plus 7 years of experience in administration, data processing and/or data analysis is required.

Secret Security Clearance is required.

Candidates need to be very strong with SharePoint.

Experience in developing training/user manuals and technical documentation.

Strong computer knowledge and skills including MS Office and Internet platforms.

Organized and able to work independently.

Excellent spelling, written, and oral communication.
