Job Description

Develops, analyzes, and maintains the Helicopter Program Office Combat Rescue Helicopter Integrated Master Plans and Integrated Master Schedule.

Essential Job Functions:

The contractor wil be working in a dynamic environment assisting in creating and maintaining program schedules utilizing project management tools (MS Project, Primavera) and software to include a critical path.

The Contractor shall identify program slips and the effect a slip has on the rest of the schedule.

Review, edit, and explain the schedules received by various organizations and summarize the differences and effects the various schedules have upon each other and the different timelines.

Assess and analyze schedules and make recommendations to the PM regarding the realism of the schedule and any anomalies/conflicts across various schedules.

Conduct analysis and support for Initial Baseline Review (IBR) activities within the HPO. This includes the following:

The Contractor shall participate in telecoms and meetings to aid the HPO in meeting contractual requirements associated with the IBR related artifacts.

Review the relevant IBR related artifacts and provide a consolidated list for monthly Government review.

Collect and analyze information from the Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) /Supplier on recently planned control accounts.

Maintain and conduct tailored IBR training for government personnel on how to conduct control account reviews.

Assist the Program Integration team throughout the execution of IBR activities, including but not limited to participation in telecoms, review and consolidation of artifacts, and provide assistance to individual government personnel to assist with reviews as needed.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Experience with Primavera scheduling software is required.

Experience in DoD program acquisition

The contractor must posses the ability to work unsupervised, adjust to dynamic change and posses the ability to overcome programmatic obstacles proactively

High School/GED and 20 years of experience or a Bachelors plus 15 years of experience is required.

Secret Clearance.

5 years of DoD experience.
