Job Description

DCS Corp is seeking a Junior Program Analyst to provide full spectrum, contracts, programmatic and budget support for Army Research & Development projects/programs funded through the Aviation & Missile Technology Consortium (AMTC).

Essential Job Functions:

Support the processing and oversight of contractual action and phases of CCDC AvMC Science and Technology projects/programs

Support contract administration

Manage contract deliverables and technical documentation.

Coordinate meetings, major program reviews, and team calendar.

Record and track action items, assist in preparing reports and visual presentations, order / manage office supplies and maintain computer equipment inventory.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Must have an active, Secret-level, DoD security clearance.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with at least 1 year of relevant experience or High School plus 4 years.

High level of proficiency in basic MS Office tools, i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, used on Windows 10 computer operating systems.

Desired Skills:

Previous experience with AMCOM/AvMC (formerly AMRDEC) or related Army organizations supporting technical programs.

Familiarity with Army/DoD programming, budgeting and/or contracting databases.

Familiarity with SharePoint is a plus.

Knowledge of Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) policies/guidance.
