Job Description

Attend all Systems Engineering IPT and Working Group, Risk, MCS and Avionics meetings as required, taking and preparing minutes and briefs.

Essential Job Functions:

Manage System Engineering and Avionics/MCS calendars.

Assist in collecting and preparing weekly metrics to be presented to PM at the MCS Review.

Update various databases with actions items from IPTs and Test Team.

Update actions in an action tracker.

Gather SE, MCS and Avionics team travel inputs and submit for travel court approval.

Assist various working groups.

Schedule audio bridges and video teleconferences as requested.

Travel as required.

Coordinate Visit Requests for Engineering, AVI and MCS Team travel.

Using the Systems Engineering Test Review (SETR) checklist tool prepare checklists for all SETR events.

Track all System SETR events action items for closure

Job Requirements

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

A High School Diploma or GED plus 13 years of experience, an Associates Degree plus 7 years of experience, a Bachelors Degree plus 5 years of experience or a Masters Degree plus 4 years of experience is required.

Must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance within 6-9 months of start date.
