Job Description

DCS Corp is currently seeking a Senior Program Analyst with Air Traffic Control subject matter expertise to provide strategic and analytical support to NAVAIR’s Common Acquisition Program.

Essential Job Functions:

Collaborate, strategize, plan, and support the development of DoD Communications, Navigation, Surveillance / Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM) policies and implementation plans needed to meet emerging civil airspace interoperability mandates.

Research and evaluate technological advances in the FAA’s NextGen Programs.

Assist in the development of analysis strategies for new CNS/ATM programs or projects.

Perform analysis of DoD aircraft flight operational data, system performance, National Airspace (NAS) interoperability metrics, event and trend analysis.

Conduct and assist the Common Acquisition Program Directors with Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and Customer Briefings.

Job Requirements

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience in Air Traffic Control Operations and Procedures.

Must have an active Security Clearance.

Desired Skills:

Experience in defining Air Traffic Control policies, requirements and resourcing for emerging manpower and technology demands, coordinating with FAA aviation oversight branch (AOV), the Policy Board for Federal Aviation (PBFA) and the DoD/FAA Interagency Working Group (IAWG).
