Job Description

The Subject Matter Analyst (SMA) performs a variety of test and evaluation functions as a member of a dynamic team in support of the Joint Enhanced Emission Control (EMCOM) Procedures (JEEP) Quick Reaction Test (QRT) director during execution of all phases of the JEEP QRT Project.

Essential Job Functions:

Participates in JEEP QRT execution activities including: developing test issues, operational effectiveness measures, contributes to the initial Project Plan.

Provides liaison to the warfighter community during event planning, research, and developing non-material test articles to support the QRT process.

Work with other test planners to identify warfighter problems and develop test issues, test plan, analysis plan, data management plan, and other test products.

Attends QRT process meetings such as the Joint Warfighter Advisory Group, Interfaces with Service and JT&E officials during the conduct of test planning and reviews.

Participates in the development/modification, validation, testing, analysis, refinement and transition of Tactics Techniques and Procedures (TTP)/test articles and products from the test team to the warfighter community.

Assists in planning and execution of Risk Reduction and Field Test Events; and supports post-test report development.

Job Requirements

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

High School Diploma (or equivalent) with at least 16 years of relevant operational experience.

An active TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility is required.

Broad T&E experience including test planning, execution, observation, data collection methodologies, data management/analysis, and developing post-test reports.

Test plan development to include identification of data sources and definition of measures of performance and effectiveness.

Operational experience in one or more of the following: planning and implementing EMCOM procedures, communications systems planning/operations, operations specialist, electronic warfare, cryptologic operations/analysis, or technical intelligence analysis.

Experience with the analysis and development of TTPs.

Working knowledge of MS Office suite of products.

Demonstrated strong technical writing skills applied to preparation of test documentation and strong interpersonal skills.

Desired Skills:

BS/BA Degree.

Previous JT&E experience is highly desired.
