Job Description

The successful candidate will take a product through the entire lifecycle of analysis, design, coding, back-end storage, security, encryption, error logging, debugging, environment configuration, automated testing, deployment, user support, server administration. They will use software design patterns and best practices during product implementation.

Essential Job Functions:

Provide advice and assistance to support for the production, test, and development environments by designing, developing, programming and maintaining Windows platform desktop and client/server applications in support of the F-35 Partner Support Complex. 

Provide advice and assistance to translate technical issues, requirements, limitations and parameters for management and staff.

Provide advice and assistance to develop desktop and client/server applications with C#, ASP.Net, and SQL Server, troubleshoot and fix customer issues, and deploy software applications as required. 

Provide advice and assistance with relational databases and the ability to interface applications to databases. 

Provide advice and assistance to deploy software and database to customer sites and the ability to communicate with customers to diagnose and resolve technical customer issues. 

Provide advice and assistance with understanding the software development lifecycle and the Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF). 

Provide advice and assistance with building Windows platform desktop and client/server applications using C#, ASP.Net, XML, HTML, SQL as well as assistance developing platform agnostic applications. 

Provide advice and assistance with technical knowledge and writing requirements, design and deployment documentations. 

Provide advice and assistance with optimizing SQL stored procedures and functions and web development experience interfacing with Microsoft Tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.). 

Provide advice and assistance with development tools such as VB.Net, JQuery, Infragistics, JSon, AJAX, etc. and experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

A Bachelor's Degree from an ABET accredited program plus 3 years of experience is required.

Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance within 6-9 months of hire.
