Job Description

Infoscitex, a DCS company, has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, self-starting, skilled Intelligence Analyst with Project Management experience to join our Sensors Research and Analysis team. Our team of outstanding technical professionals seeks a competent expert to capably advise projects on matters of operational and technical intelligence.  You will inform the modeling, simulation and analysis work for a variety of projects in the division. Additionally you will lead teams and projects of your own with the potential to support business growth objectives. As such, you will coordinate project resources, manage budgets and schedules and serve as our customer interface, assuming responsibility for contract execution. 

Essential Job Functions:

In this role, your leadership will position IST to serve the Government as a partner of choice, and enable the ability to shape plans and priorities in a mutually beneficial manner. 

Requirements:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

At least a Master degree with at least 12 years of related experience (We have multiple levels associated with this opportunity category.  Candidates with advanced degrees or varying experience levels may be considered for alternative classification).

Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government background investigation and must meet eligibility for access to classified information: Active TS/SCI.

In depth knowledge of the intelligence community particularly from an operational perspective.

Ability to inform our modeling, simulation and analysis work involving intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (ISR) to define complex mission and campaign scenarios of contested environments. 

Ability to provide insight into intelligence assets and processes to include threat systems, sensors, communication links, electronic warfare, cyber effects and more.   

Ability to proactively formulate and execute strategies for successful business growth; including marketing, capture, and proposals. 

Leadership and project management experience including the execution of technical and administrative functions of the contract. 

Excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate this with customers, staff, subcontractors and company management.

Periodic short term travel may be required in this role (~ 10-15% time).
