Job Description

We continue to provide innovative solutions with our multidisciplinary teams formed with exceptional employees. Infoscitex is seeking a Human Factors Scientist to support our research efforts for the Air Force Research Laboratory at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH.

Essential Job Functions:

As this Human Factors Scientist, you could expect to:

Develop and evaluate human-autonomy teaming interfaces.

Manage and execute the data collection of multiple research studies.

Aid in report writing, journal publications, and conference presentations.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

At least an MS degree in Human Factors Psychology, or a related technical discipline; and at least 3 years of related experience. (We have multiple levels associated with this opportunity. Candidates with advanced degrees or varying experience may be considered for alternative classification.)

Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information: eligible to attain a Secret level U.S. DoD security clearance.

Ability to plan, manage, and execute complex experimental studies and interpret the results.

Academic publications experience.

Familiarity with running human subjects in a laboratory setting.
