Job Description

Apply a variety of analytical techniques to formulate and solve problems; plan for future technologies; conduct research and development; and define requirements for systems. Support the Helicopter Program Office (AFLCMC/WIH). One of six centers under Air Force Materiel Command, the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center is the single center responsible for total life cycle management of Air Force weapon systems.  (Positions are contingent upon contract award)

Program Analyst 

Essential Job Functions:

Perform pre- and post-contract award and milestone reviews in support of the existing and future FMS International Support Branch programs.

Develop and/or maintain acquisition strategies and plans, evaluations of OEM/Supplier proposals, business case analyses, trade-off studies, and estimates.

Assist in developing, analyzing, and maintaining Integrated Master Plans (IMPs) and IMSs.

Translate FMS user requirements into system requirements which will be used by the weapon system Contractor to design, develop, fabricate, test, and evaluate systems, subsystems, and equipment for deployment.

Assist in performing technical/mission analyses of operational requirements, assist in developing system concepts, and perform technological/trade- off study assessments of proposed designs.

Assist with processes for drafting project documentation including, SOOs and SOWs, program plans, schedules, and presentations.

Prepare documentation and briefing materials and maintain configuration of international agreements, manpower profiles, and manpower data and update reports.

Coordinate arrangements, agendas, and briefing materials and record/track program action items and suspense’s for events such as meetings, reviews, working groups, and audits.

Provide assistance for visiting personnel. Prepare, submit, coordinate, and track USAF foreign disclosure requests and export compliance/control documentation review and routing.

Assist with the development and maintenance of time- phased, event-driven SCGs, Program Security Directives (PSDs), Technology Assessment and Control Plans (TA/CPs), and PPPs.

Assist with the development and/or maintenance of the Physical Security requirements for USG facilities/organizations to include preparing all required documentation for secure facilities.

Assist in the integration of U.S. export and technology control laws, DoD/Air Force policy and instructions, and other applicable guidance into program protection planning.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

High School/GED and 16 years of experience to a Bachelors and 12 years of experience.

Secret Clearance.
