Job Description

Perform as a senior H-1 Test Analyst/Engineer, applying best practices to refine requirements, define test methodology, and develop/execute laboratory testing.

Essential Job Functions:

Review and analyze specifications, requirements, and other engineering documentation to define or refine weapons systems and sensor system software requirements.

Collaborate with geographically dispersed engineers/teams to communicate H-1 weapons system operational needs.

​Utilize technical autonomy to complete tasking within schedules.

Develop software requirements Pass/Fail criteria, methodologies to test, and test procedures. 

Work closely with laboratory team to customize and upgrade H-1 laboratory to meet software testing needs.

Plan and execute end-to-end mission computer, weapons systems, and sensors testing.

Identify and document system anomalies.

Analyze candidate changes for their potential impact to software and laboratory.

Perform data reduction and analysis of flight, ground, and laboratory test events.

Provide Test activity Reports and project reports of test results.

Maintain a Secret clearance.

Job Requirements

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

A Bachelor's degree with a minimum 8 years of experience. Will also consider an AS with 7 years of relevant experience or high school diploma with 13 years of experience.

Demonstrated knowledge of aircraft weapons and sensor systems operations and integration.

Familiarity with Weapons and sensors hardware and laboratory hardware.

Self-motivation to work independently to overcome obstacles.

Flexibility to shift tasking to meet the customer’s current priorities.

Experience with MIL-S-1553 and/or MIL-S-1776 avionics protocols.

Experience with PASS-3200 and hex-binary conversion.

Experience with aircraft data reduction and analysis.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to properly prioritize and manage concurrent tasks.

Ability to work directly with others, as well as independently.

Desired Skills:

Familiarization with SimC avionic modeling tools and/or test scripting/auto scripting.

Serena Dimensions experience.

Mission Planning experience.
