The Contractor shall oversee and maintain the help desk for the F-15 Division. The Contractor shall serve as the equipment custodian. The Contractor shall provide day-to-day operational support for all hardware and software to end users on a variety of issues. The Contractor shall identify, research, and resolve technical issues.
Essential Job Functions:
The Contractor shall assist the F-15 cybersecurity personnel in meeting their duties and responsibilities by installing patches, and mitigating vulnerabilities identified by the base communications group.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
A High School Diploma plus 16 years of experience, an Associate’s Degree plus 10 years, a Bachelor’s Degree plus 10 years of experience or a Master’s Degree plus 6 years of experience is required.
Active Top Secret clearance.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT field and have a CompTIA Security+ or be able to obtain certification within 6 months of holding the position.
