Essential Job Functions:

Engineering Psychologist professional to support human factors development and assessment of military aviation systems.  Able to perform all functional duties independently and may act as team leader or supervisor, directing the work of other engineers, specialists, and technicians.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering discipline required, and a minimum of 3 years of related experience.

Must have applied principles of cognitive psychology to aviation workspaces to organize the workstation to the most optimum workload efficiency; and exercised decision making in a high stress multi task environments.
