Job Description

As an Electrical Engineer, you will support the implementation of advanced network protocols supporting the design, development, and integration of sub-systems for the US Army TARDEC Active Protection System program efforts. These solutions will facilitate proving concepts, testing frameworks, and addressing requirements leading to informing fielded implementations.

Job Requirements

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. citizenship is required.

BS in Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 20+ years experience in electrical/computer engineering position(s).

Expert knowledge of IEEE Ethernet communication standards, specifically IEEE 802.1BA and related standards.

Significant knowledge of draft IEEE TSN standards.

Knowledge of C/C++ and modular software design.

Knowledge of SysML and systems engineering processes.

Ability to work in an integrated, multi-discipline team.

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of Active Protection Systems; current challenges and Army/Industry technology trends.

Experience working in the defense business.
