Job Description

DCS Corp is currently seeking an Engineer - Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS) Database to provide support to PEO Land Systems, PM AAA program office.

Essential Job Functions:

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: 

Provide engineering and analytical support for requirements database management for each PM AAA Program (i.e., AAV and ACV). 

Provide DOORS Database support.

Maintain and manage the PM AAA DOORS database, which captures capabilities, requirements, and verification (PM AAA and Contractor deliverables). 

Prepare and submit the results of monthly DOORS database changes.

Conduct requirements management activities.

Assist PM AAA personnel in administration activities for DOORS. 

Develop DOORS architectures and structures, and processes and procedures.

Develop DOORS training packages.

Provide requirement management and DOORS training.

Import/export capabilities, requirements, and verification documents.

Integrate Contractor and verification deliverables.

Develop Microsoft Excel formulas and macros. 

Link capabilities, requirements, and verification plans and reports.

Writing DOORS extension Language (DXL) scripts.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of experience or a Master's and 4 years of experience.

Secret level clearance is required.

Knowledge of DOORS and its use in tracking requirements in a DoD program office.

Experience providing support to PM AAA or a major vehicle/equipment program.

Oral and written communication skills.

Possess strong technical writing expertise.

Excellent interpersonal, time management and analytical skills.

Well versed in all Microsoft Office suite of products.

Must be capable of developing program documentation and briefings and able to coordinate the review/approval process.

Experience with ACAT I programs is required.
