Job Description

The Contractor shall apply experience developing and managing the acquisition of LO platform modifications including but not limited to avionics, software, computer architecture, communications, and electronic warfare systems.

Essential Job Functions:

The Contractor shall apply knowledge in avionics, software, computer, radar, electronic warfare, and communications engineering principles to advise and assist with LO platform modifications.

Advise and assist the Government in developing, acquiring and managing LO platform IA, cybersecurity and AT provisions.

Assist in initiating, supervising, and/or developing requirements from a project’s inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs.

Assist in providing strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to program and project staff.

Assist in providing detailed analysis, evaluations and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues.

Consult with the Government to define need or problem.

Assist in supervising studies and leading surveys to collect and analyzes data to provide advice and recommend solutions.

Shall demonstrate advanced knowledge of their technical/professional discipline as well as possess a comprehensive understanding and ability to apply associated standards, procedures and practices in their area of expertise (Program Office, Enterprise and Staff Level Support interface).

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

An ABET-accredited Bachelor's degree in Engineering plus fifteen years of experience, a Master’s Degree plus twelve years or a PhD plus ten years of experience is required.

Multiple positions, requiring an active Secret to Top Secret security clearance.

At least ten years systems engineering experience, including developing and managing the acquisition of LO platform modifications including but not limited to avionics, software, computer architecture, communication, and EW systems.

Knowledge in avionics, software, computer, radar, EW, and communications engineering principles.

Have experience developing, acquiring and managing LO platform IA, cybersecurity and AT provisions.
