Job Description

The Contractor shall apply radar, communications, avionics, electromagnetic and antenna engineering principles in support of B-2 software and defensive management engineering tasks.

Essential Job Functions:

The Contractor shall advise and assist with managing acquisition of LO platform modifications.

Advise and assist with developing, acquiring and managing LO platform IA, cybersecurity and AT provisions.

Advise and assist with developing and managing system and software models.

Advise and assist with software requirements decomposition, traceability, validation and verification.

Assist in initiating, supervising, and/or developing requirements from a project’s inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs.

Assist in providing strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to program and project staff.

Assist in providing detailed analysis, evaluations and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues.

Consult with the Government to define need or problem.

Assist in supervising studies and leading surveys to collect and analyzes data to provide advice and recommend solutions.

Shall demonstrate advanced knowledge of their technical/professional discipline as well as possess a comprehensive understanding and ability to apply associated standards, procedures and practices in their area of expertise (Program Office, Enterprise and Staff Level Support interface).

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

An ABET-accredited Bachelor's degree in Engineering plus fifteen years of experience, a Master’s Degree plus twelve years or a PhD plus ten years of experience is required.

An active Secret security clearance is required.

A minimum of ten years of software and defensive management engineering experience.

Experience developing, acquiring and managing LO platform IA, cybersecurity and AT provisions.

Experience developing and managing system and software models.

Experience developing software requirements decomposition, traceability, validation and verification.

Knowledge in radar, communications, avionics, electromagnetic and antenna engineering principles.

Experience managing acquisition of LO platform modifications.
