Job Description

Infoscitex, a DCS company, is seeking an Air Battle Management (ABM) SME to support our research efforts for the Air Force Research Laboratory at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH.  Infoscitex is an employee owned organization with a reputation for agile and efficient development of technology solutions for U.S. Defense, Aerospace, Human Factors, and Security markets.  We are currently supporting AFRL research initiatives investigating concepts in support of the Air Force's Advanced Air Battle Management System.  In this role, you will work with a multi-disciplinary team to improve and develop autonomous tools to support Air Battle Management.

Essential Job Functions:

Provide knowledge of ABM tactics, techniques, and procedures to a multi-disciplinary team of autonomous system developers, software developers, and user interface designers.

Assist in defining requirements for ABM autonomous technologies and human-autonomy teaming interfaces.

Provide feedback on candidate tools and technologies from an ABM perspective.

Interface with participants during design evaluations.


Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information: eligible to attain a Secret level U.S. DoD security clearance.

At least an Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of related experience. (We have multiple levels associated with this opportunity. Candidates with advanced degrees or varying experience may be considered for alternative classification.)

Experience as an Air Battle Manager.

Ability to participate in limited intermittent travel (less than 10%).

Experience as an Air Battle Manager Instructor.

Recent operational Air Battle Management experience.

Multi-domain (air, land, seam space, cyber) Battle Management experience.

Familiarity with Solipsys BC3-T.
