Are you looking for a rewarding and impactful new opportunity?  DCS Corp has an exciting opportunity for a Journeyman, Administrative Professional supporting the AFLCMC/EBS, Advanced Programs Division.  Their mission is to develop, test, acquire, modernize, integrate and support affordable and sustainable advanced, high-impact special program armament technologies and capabilities to meet warfighter requirements (Air Force, Joint Service and Special Operations Forces).  Including highly-classified, high-payoff air-to-air and air-to-ground technologies, hard target defeat, asymmetric and directed energy weapons and targeting and battle damage assessment

Essential Job Functions:

Prepare reports, papers, and briefings IAW AFH 33-337 and AFMC communications policies and templates.

Prepare correspondence IAW AFMAN 33-326.

Maintain appointment calendars and conference room schedules.

Schedule meetings and conferences including those involving staff from outside the immediate office.

Answer telephones, forward messages, and provide responses to routine queries.

Execute Travel Clerk and Defense Travel System functions on behalf of traveler IAW the Defense Travel Administrator’s Manual.

Coordinate, consolidate, analyze, distribute, and monitor action items, suspense dates, and responses.

Provide inputs and recommendations regarding administrative and office management processes and procedures.

Prepare and update program office file management documents.

Prepare agendas, reports, and briefings for staff meetings.

Manage organization workflow.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required

An Associates Degree plus 5 years of relevant experience is required.

Active DOD Secret Clearance (Updated within six years).

Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
