Job Description

DCS Corp has an immediate opening for a Production/Program Manager supporting the USRL and 513th Electronic Warfare Squadron.

Essential Job Functions:

The Production/Program manager will work within the USRL and provide comprehensive support of all Mission Data (MD) production management. This performance will be in support of F-35 Mission Data development, testing and fielding. The ideal candidate's responsibilities will include:

Manage USRL production and test execution.

Develop program and production metrics for organizational evaluation.

Organize USRL programs and activities IAW mission goals and objectives.

Manage USRL F-35 MD lifecycle from creation through all phases of test, delivery and fleet support.

Support development of USRL test and delivery schedules.

Conduct weekly briefings on USRL production levels and goals.

Coordinate with test support agencies and ranges for test scheduling purposes.

Develop and maintain F-35 program and production process documentation.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required for positions.

Bachelor Degree in engineering, program management, or other technical/science discipline from an accredited university plus have minimum of 5 years project management experience with strong background in process improvement.

Must have current Secret security clearance.

Must be a self-starter who is willing and able to work in a team environment.

Must be detail oriented and a critical thinker.

Must have good communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills. Able to write up concise documentation such as risk documentation, process improvements, and reports, etc.

Must be able to accomplish assignments/tasks with minimal supervision.

Must have strong Microsoft office computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.

Desired Skills:

At least 10 years’ experience with Air Force and/or Navy acquisitions, test processes and regulations.

Prior US Air Force or Navy operations director experience.

Knowledge of USRL program and production schedules.

Exhaustive knowledge of F-35 systems and programs.
