Job Description

Technical Program Analyst - Army Close Combat Missile Science & Technology programs.

Essential Job Functions:

Provide comprehensive planning and execution support to missile S&T programs, including integrated program strategies and project plans, requirements and architecture definition, trade studies, coordination and oversight of technology development, performance/cost/schedule status reporting, and risk management.

Prepare technical and program documentation, including Project Plans, Systems Engineering Plans, Risk Management Plans, Test Plans, Transition Agreements, Work Breakdown Structures, Statements of Work, budgets, Integrated Master Schedules, and informational/status/decision briefings to senior management.

Effectively lead and coordinate Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) among S&T subject matter experts, system developers, Program Offices, Other Government Agencies and/or User representatives.

Perform technology needs/capability gap assessments, maturity assessments, and technology roadmap development.

Support high-fidelity Digital and Hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) simulation and force effectiveness experimentation.

Support test planning, HWIL integration, range support, post-test analysis, and reporting.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related missile science field, with at least 10 years experience; or Master's degree in engineering, or related missile science field, with at least 7 years’ experience

Applicant must hold a current DoD Secret clearance.

Must have DoD project management experience in missile S&T development and DoD system engineering, encompassing requirements definition, development, integration, and testing.

Must have experience with tactical missile system component technologies and simulation tools.

Strong team building, verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Desired Skills:

Advanced engineering degree.

PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Experience with Close Combat missile systems, Air-to-Ground missiles, loitering missiles, Unmanned Aerial Systems, and/or Mission Command/C2 systems.

Experience with Manned-Unmanned teaming and weapon system autonomy.

Experience with vehicle hardware/software integration.

Understanding of the DoD Acquisition and JCIDS process.

Ability to upgrade clearance to Top Secret.
