Job Description

In this role you will provide operationally relevant experience, to develop and deliver end-user training in Air Force Special Warfare Airman systems through the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio..

Essential Job Functions:

Develop and maintain a training plan for body-worn kit and associated C4I applications for Air Force Special Warfare operators performing Combat Control, Tactical Air Control Party, Pararescue, and Special Reconnaissance missions.

Develop training materials for new equipment training, refresher or part task training and just in time training.

Deliver training to end users in groups or individually in CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Assist Help Desk operators with answering questions on Special Warfare applications.

Assist software development organizations in defining requirements for future Special Warfare applications.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Bachelor's degree plus 15 years of experience required.

Active Secret Clearance. 

Minimum 6 years of directly relevant experience in military tactical operations and training.

Minimum 2 years of formally documented teaching experience in classroom and hands-on delivery, preferably within DoD operational units.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Skills:

Recent experience (within past 5-years) with the Android Tactical Assault Kit (ATAK), tactical radios and equipment.

CONUS and OCONUS travel on average up to 25% of each month.
