Job Description

Become an employee-owner at DCS Corporation and perform as a Program Analyst supporting the Organizational Intel programs. You will support an inclusive and employee-centric community through innovative engagement and retention strategies. Responsibilities will include analysis and evaluation of the organizational climate as well as support and maintenance of our current communications campaigns, company-wide engagement events, and internal and external communication platforms to include our Corporate Intranet and social media accounts.

Essential Job Functions:

Support engagement and retention initiatives that reinforce our cultural narrative of people, quality, integrity, and profitable growth.

Maintain content creation and day-to-day management of the employee-ownership page of the Corporate Intranet to ensure employee awareness, understanding of programs and products, and participation in events.

Coordinate company-wide engagement and community outreach events.

Maintain and support the awards & recognition programs based on current business needs.

Research industry trends and analyze employee-owner feedback to support identification of key engagement and retention drivers.

Make recommendations for the improvement of our internal communication infrastructure, tools, and programs to enhance the employee-owner experience and drive business results.

Support the collection, completion, organization, and interpretation of technical data and financial information relating to our programs.

Maintain and support programs/project status and schedules.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

A High School Diploma plus 10 years of experience, an Associate's Degree plus 4 years or a Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of experience is required.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote).

Working knowledge of MS SharePoint 2016.

Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.

Experience communicating on social media platforms.

Well-developed research, analysis, and planning skills.

Demonstrated ability to set measurable goals, work independently with limited project direction, and produce high-quality results.

Excellent customer service skills.

Desired Skills:

Experience coordinating employee engagement programs and/or community outreach events.

Experience developing successful content series for internal and external communications.

Ability to articulate and champion the key business drivers and ROI of employee engagement.

Creativity in developing experiences and engaging an audience toward the success of a goal.
